Losing Weight on an Indian Diet
In general, Indians tend to have a tendency to gain weight. We have a genetic anomaly which causes us to put on more weight in the abdominal muscles. We must therefore, take care so as to not binge eat and become obese. Also, India is the world’s diabetic capital due to the number of rice eaters in the country. In fact, the staple food of South India is rice. All these factors make it difficult for us Indians to lose weight. We must therefore, devise an indian diet plan to lose weight.
